The gîte "la Porcherie" is, as its name suggests, located in one of the old stables, which has been merged with the cooking room and the old bread oven, belonging to one of the estate's farms. of the Château du Tirondet.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee frother. milk and a coffee maker. A toaster, blender, orange squeezer and hand blender are also not missing. You will also find various spices, olive oil, salt and pepper and all the kitchen utensils you need for cooking. Tea towels and kitchen towels are also at your disposal.
LIVING ROOM
On the ground floor you will find a comfortable lounge area around the old bread oven, with a beautiful sofa and two armchairs. This comfortable living room with dining room has a magnificent beamed ceiling, giving it a very pleasant atmosphere.There you will find a radio and a Bluetooth speaker.
BATHROOM
The downstairs bathroom is fitted with a rain shower and sink. You will also find shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc. Bath towels await you, as well as pool towels. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
BEDROOMS
On the first floor there are two bedrooms equipped with good box-spring beds with an extra-thick mattress made of natural materials and a wardrobe with safe. One of the bedrooms is equipped with separate single beds (90x200), which can be converted into a double bed on request. One of the bedrooms overlooks the surrounding meadows with Charolais cows, the other overlooks the terrace and the large garden behind with fruit trees.
OUTSIDE
This cottage has a private south-facing terrace, comfortable furniture with parasol and a good barbecue.
Breakfast is not included in the price, but upon request we can provide you with fresh bread, croissants or a well-stocked breakfast basket for you to collect in the morning.
This property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
