The house "Augustin et Julienne" is located in one of the old leasehold farms belonging to the estate of Château du Tirondet. The spacious house (over 100 sqm) is luxuriously furnished with natural materials and features a wooden floor. This cottage can accommodate up to 7 people.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother, and a coffee maker. A toaster, blender, juicer, and immersion blender are also provided. You will also find various spices, olive oil, pepper, and salt, as well as all the kitchen utensils you need to cook delicious meals. Kitchen towels and dishcloths are also available.
LIVING ROOM
The living room features a spacious dining area, a comfortable sofa, and a cozy chair. You will also find a radio, a TV with Netflix, and a Bluetooth speaker here.
BATHROOM
An old passageway provides access to the old milk cellar, which now houses the bathroom and toilet. Here you will find a spacious shower cabin, two sinks, and a towel dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer are also provided. Bath towels and pool towels are ready for your use.
BEDROOMS
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable new beds (180 x 200) with extra-thick mattresses, and a wardrobe with a safe. The rooms have a small desk or a cozy seating area, and one room also has an additional armchair that can be turned into an extra bed. One bedroom has separate single beds that can be made into a double bed upon request.
OUTDOOR
This house has a private courtyard with a beautiful tree, a spacious terrace, comfortable furniture, a parasol, and a good barbecue.
Breakfast is not included in the price, but upon request, we can provide fresh bread, croissants, or a well-stocked breakfast basket that you can pick up in the morning.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
